Payment Information

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Team and Individual Entry:

At the time of registration/entry, teams are required to pay a non-refundable registration/entry fee of CAD$400 per team.

Individuals including referees not aligned with a team CAD$75 per individual entry.

Individual Package Costs and Payments: Upon selection of preferred accommodation from the packages as listed on the website a CAD$300.00 deposit per participant is required to secure the accommodation chosen. Confirmation of the chosen accommodation package will only be made once the deposit, per person has been made.

If there is not sufficient availability at your accommodation choice, an alternative will be recommended. (See below for Cancellation & Refund Terms).

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Participants can pay in full on booking and receive a 5% discount on their chosen package OR Participants will be required to pay in 5 instalments as and when invoiced by GO SPORTS WORLDWIDE FESTIVALS PTY LTD. See below for payment schedule.

Full and final payment of all packages must be received by GO SPORTS WORLDWIDE FESTIVALS PTY LTD by 15th January 2027.

1. Pay by bank transfer/direct payment/credit card in full or by instalments

2. Pay in full on registering 5% discount on package

3. Five equal payments by instalments.

4. Dates: - Instalments:

  • 15th December 2025

  • 15th March 2026

  • 15th June 2026

  • 15th October 2026

  • 15th January 2027

NOTES:

GO SPORTS WORLDWIDE FESTIVALS PTY LTD. are not liable for remitting bank fees and credit card transaction fees, please make any arrangements necessary to cover such fees.

If GO SPORTS WORLDWIDE FESTIVALS PTY LTD has not received payments within the time frames outlined above, GO SPORTS WORLDWIDE FESTIVALS PTY LTD reserve the right to cancel the participants booking.

Deposits and payments are transferrable should a participant be unable to attend but finds someone to take their place. This only applies within the same Festival and package purchased. Monies cannot be transferred to future Festivals or another sport within the GO SPORTS WORLDWIDE FESTIVALS PTY LTD family of brands.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

All cancellations must be advised in writing by email to Festival Event Director from the person that made the booking and are only effective from the date they are received by the GO SPORTS WORLDWIDE FESTIVALS PTY LTD. office.

Application of refunds:

Many of our arrangements with suppliers are non-refundable and while we will pursue our suppliers for refunds, we are contractually bound, and refunds may not be possible
